1. Service scope

solinker provides accounts, workspaces, AI assistance and tools to edit and run local automation workflows. Features, models, supported platforms and availability depend on the current interface and released version. Some features require the desktop app, network access, third-party accounts or device permissions you grant.

2. Accounts and authentication

Provide accurate registration information, have the legal capacity required to use the service, and protect your sign-in methods and device access. If acting for an organization, obtain appropriate authority. Contact support promptly if you discover account misuse or unusual access.

Google sign-in is an optional authentication method. A Google identity with an existing account email must be linked after verification of that account; email alone does not trigger automatic merging. Revoking Google access or losing a third-party account may affect future sign-in.

3. Automation permissions and responsibilities

Use the service only with websites, accounts, devices, files and data you are authorized to access and operate, and comply with applicable law and relevant third-party terms. Do not use it for unauthorized access, fraud, malware distribution, privacy violations or other unlawful or infringing activity.

Review workflows, targets, inputs, permissions and possible external effects before running them. Automation may change or delete data, send content or trigger transactions. Stopping a task may not reverse actions already taken. Review steps requiring human confirmation before continuing.

4. AI outputs and third-party services

AI outputs and generated workflows may contain errors. Website changes, networks, devices and third-party services can also cause failure. We do not guarantee success for every website, task or model output. Validate results according to their risk and back up important data. AI output does not replace professional judgment.

Third-party websites, models, email, verification and browser services are operated by their respective providers, and their availability and conditions may change. Your separate relationships with those providers are governed by their terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain the rights you hold under law in content and workflows you submit, and must be entitled to submit and process them. You authorize us to process content only as needed to run, store and synchronize features you choose and provide support. This does not transfer ownership. Rights and protectability of AI-generated content depend on applicable law and third-party terms.

solinker software, branding and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Do not infringe our rights or third-party rights except where permitted by law or authorization.

6. Fees, usage and service changes

If paid features are offered, their price, billing method and applicable rules will be disclosed before purchase or use. No new payment commitment is created without the corresponding confirmation. Provider cost estimates on usage pages are not actual charges, account balances or subscription commitments.

We may update features, models or service limits. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice of materially adverse changes or discontinuation. Security issues, unlawful abuse, third-party failures or legal requirements may require immediate action.

7. Suspension, termination and data handling

You can stop using the service and request account closure or exercise personal information rights through the contact email on this page. For violations of these terms, service security or legal obligations, we may restrict or terminate relevant access under law and provide an explanation and review channel where applicable.

Ending access, revoking Google authorization and uninstalling the app are different actions. None automatically reverses actions performed on external websites. Cloud data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy; you manage local data.

8. Liability, disputes and updates

Responsibility is determined under applicable law and each party’s fault. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights, personal information rights or other mandatory protections, or liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Contact us first about a dispute; if unresolved, seek relief from a competent authority under applicable law.

Updated terms will show a new effective date on this page. Material changes affecting your rights and obligations will be notified in advance, with consent obtained where required by applicable law.
